Bianca was recommended to us by our mortgage company. Basically, she was awesome. She was able to answer any questions we had for the process as we were first time homebuyers. She was responsive and helpful, even on the weekends and when she was away from work. She recommended many people for us to assist in the process, most notably a home inspector that was very thorough. When we put in an offer, she was able to tell us how to do it and what an acceptable bid would be. She explained all paperwork as the process went on.
