Less than a month ago I was informed that I needed to relocate from Concord, NH to Washington, DC and find someone to rent my home during my year long absence. It was serendipitous that I connected with Bianca, I don't know how I would have managed all the details without her. She secured renters for my home, assisted in the transfer of utilities, helped me avoid a Craig's List scam, and assisted in finding place to live in DC. She was lovely to work with the entire time. The day I decide to sell my home, I will call Bianca.
